CD rates have been stable for the last seven days, with only a handful of rate changes. The top CDs in all term-lengths remain unchanged, with the exception of the Luana Savings Bank 36-month Certificate of Deposit, which replaced the Popular Direct 36-months CD as top 3-year CD offered by a bank.
